The Alameda Shade Shop warrants to the
original purchaser that materials or parts contained in any
Alameda Shade Shop custom made product is free of defect
caused by reason of faulty workmanship or materials for
three years (Warranty Period) as long as the purchaser has
proof of purchase and resides at the location for which the
product was purchased. The Alameda Shade Shop further
warrants that any defects found during this time will be
repaired or replaced, at our option, at our expense. The
Alameda Shade Shop's obligation under this warranty is
limited to replacement or repair, at our option, of such
defective parts or materials without charge for such parts
and materials. This warranty does not include labor costs
for measuring or installing the product, nor does it include
damage due to neglect or abuse, warpage of wooden slats,
fading of fabric or finishes, alterations to the original
product or any problems resulting from improper measuring or
installation.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE ALAMEDA
SHADE SHOP BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, LOSS COST OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING LEGAL AND OTHER
PROFESSIONAL FEES) SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH SAID PRODUCT
AND THE ALAMEDA SHADE SHOP NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES
ANY REPRESENTATIVE OR OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME ANY SUCH
OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY.
Commercial use of this product is also
excluded from this warranty. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may also have rights which
vary from state to state.
