Placing Orders:

Fax orders: Available 24 hours, 7 days a week; all fax orders receive a "Fax Order Confirmation" the next business day.

Mail Orders:

Mail orders are accepted and will be answered with an order confirmation before any shades are made.

Color Matching:

Color matching between widths of fabric is at best a commercial match because of dye lots. Exact match of color on subsequent orders cannot be assured.

Problems:

Immediately contact the Alameda Shade Shop. We work really hard to assure that our customers get what they ordered. Call us – we want to help.

Cancellations:

Changes or cancellations cannot be made once the goods are cut.

Shortages:

Damaged Goods: BEFORE signing for a delivery, it is your responsibility to verify number of packages and inspect for visible sign of damage. Missing packages and damaged good must ALWAYS be reported on the carriers delivery receipt. If the package is damaged, accept the goods because most likely not everything will be damaged. Contact the Alameda Shade Shop immediately. Always save damaged good and all packaging/boxing materials.

All freight is prepaid by the Alameda Shade Shop. Charges are added to your order and billed against your credit card with the regular billing.

Standard shipping method is UPS ground or Motor Freight if product exceeds UPS limitations on weight and girth.

Returns:

Call the Shop at (510) 522-0633 or contact us today. Discuss any problems with our staff. They are eager to help. Shades returned without written permission will be refused.
